Reflection time / return

 

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, then we can pass on this value reduction to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.

 

Exchange product?

 

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. For this you can contact [email protected]. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

 

I have submitted a wrong delivery address!

 

Incorrectly provided the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

 

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 4 p.m. on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

 

The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Belgium € 9.00 for orders under € 79

Germany € 9.00 for orders under € 79

Luxumburg € 12.95 for orders under € 99

 

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL. In general the delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim the warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known by emailing us at [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
